This is the first in, hopefully, a series of posts on diet, exercise, fasting and the like. I know how to lose weight. ( Very low carbs + exercise. ) I can lose >20 lbs easily in 3 months. I've done it several times, as you can see in the graphs below.
Unfortunately I don't keep it off because I don't make the diet a permanent lifestyle instead of just a diet. (Note the higher highs and higher lows over the years) If you have a blog on fixing that let me know and I'll read it!
So I don't know if you should do what I have done, but if you want to lose weight with low carbs I do know how to do that.
